Phoenix is an absolutely gorgeous Belgium Warmblood Hanoverian Filly and could be registered as an American Warmblood. She has incredible confirmation, very correct, awesome saddle position, very balanced. Phoenix floats when she trots and flies when she canters. She will be an incredible jumper. She will be at least 16'3. Phoenix Bloodline history is as follows;
Razmataz: (Phoenix Sire) Recently imported to Indian Land Farm by leading Hanoverian breeder and one of the original Hanoverian Association board members, Hans Lengers, Razmataz is a young stud and has just started producing. However, his heritage and bloodlines indicate that he, too, will prove to be one of the leading Hanoverian studs producing dressage and jumping champions.

About Royal Prince:
Hilltop Farm began looking for a refinement stallion and was excited to add the Rohdiamant son Royal Prince in its lineup late in xxxx. Royal Prince had been approved in the fall of xxxx by the Hanoverian Verband and was a finalist in the xxxx Bundeschampionat. As a 4-year-old, Royal Prince was Reserve Champion at his 30-day and 70-day Performance Tests, earning 10s for his ride-ability and walk, and 9s for trot, canter and willingness to work. He again was a finalist at the Bundeschampionat that same year. After being imported to Hilltop Farm in the fall of xxxx, Royal Prince made sweeping wins of all his classes at the xxxx East Coast Selection Trials for the FEI World Championships for Young Horses and earned an unprecedented score of 9.82. At the Championships in Verden, Germany, Royal Prince made a bit of American history when he earned an overall score of 8.84 and a final standing of 4th place in the world. No American entry to date has placed so successfully in this international event. Royal Prince finished the xxxx season by winning the US National Championships for Five-Year-Olds with an overall score of 9.14. He repeated his East Coast Selection Trials win in xxxx and returned to the World Breeding Championships to represent the US. He consistently earned 9s and 10s for his walk, and 8s and 9s for his trot, canter and submissiveness over those two years. Since xxxx Royal Prince has been partnered with Michael Bragdell. Together they earned USDF Bronze Medal, Third and Fourth Level Reserve Championships at the BLM Finals, and a Reserve Championship at Fourth Level at the USDF Region 1 Finals. Ride-ability, elegance and international quality gaits are highlights of Royal Prince and his ancestors.
Royal Prince?s sire, Rohdiamant, was a highly successful Grand Prix dressage competitor who was short-listed for the US Olympic Team with Lisa Wilcox. Standing at the prestigious Gestut Vorwerk, Rohdiamant has had an enormous influence in both Hanoverian and Oldenburg breeding programs. He currently has an FN Dressage Index of 150 points and his offspring are sought out by both riders and breeders. Grandsire Rubinstein has been one of the most influential dressage sires in recent history. He also competed internationally at the Grand Prix level and is known for the excellent ride-ability of his offspring. Royal Prince?s dam, Piri Piri, is by the influential Thoroughbred stallion Prince Thatch xx. This Celle stallion has been ranked No. 9 on the VhW?s listing for production of dressage horses ? a rare honor for a thoroughbred. Piccolino, by Prince Thatch, was among the top ranked horses on the German Dressage team and in xxxx helped secure the Team Gold for Germany at the European Dressage Championships and placed 6th individually.
Piri Piri?s dam, Winzerin, is by Wenzel I, the xxxx Champion of Hannover and winner of his stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf in xxxx. Wenzel I?s influence lives on in many top dressage horses like his internationally successful sons, Walk on Top, Wanninger and Weldon Surprise.
Royal Prince?s offspring are showing their sire?s elegance, refinement and movement and are earning accolades from breed inspectors, judges and trainers. The AHS Fall Magazine inspection tour report noted, ?Royal Prince, Hilltop Farm?s Rohdiamants son, is another stallion that is clearly producing good type. This year no less than three of his daughters placed among the high score mares of the entire summer tour.?
In xxxx Royal Prince was honored with the USEF Dressage Breeding Sire of the Year award based on the success of his early offspring in the show ring. Rhodora HTF, out of a Contucci daughter, certainly contributed to that award when she was crowned the xxxx Filly Champion and Young Horse Champion of Dressage at Devon. In xxxx, Rhett Butler was the Colt Champion & Reserve Young Horse Champion at the Cincinnati Dressage Traditions, Rohan received an 80.2% at his first outing at Training Level, and daughters such as Regalia and Rohsalina are also winning under saddle.
Royal Prince?s oldest offspring will be 6 years old in xxxx, and his influence in both competition arenas and breeding programs is just beginning to show. Royal Prince typically produces a refined, modern type with a correct foundation and beautiful head. Their personalities are social and outgoing, and his oldest offspring have clearly inherited his excellent ride-ability. "It is rare to find a horse that maintains the freedom and elasticity that Royal Prince possesses. As he continues to move up the levels, his correctness of rhythm, exceptional reach, and beautiful expression remain highlights." ?

After winning the approvals in xxxx,Rohdiamant won the Oldenburg Riding Horse championships in Rastede in xxxx and became a Federal champion at Mannheim and runner-up in the stallion performance test. In xxxx he won six novice and elementary dressage tests in six starts and was champion dressage horse of his generation in Oldenburg and main premium stallion in xxxx. Rohdiamant top lists for the stallions taken in Hanover. There are two different valuation systems. One is the integrated breeding esteem of the FN, The German National Equestrian Federation; the other is the Hanoverian breeding valuation. The top lists of the Hanoverian breeding valuation are published annually in the magazine Der Hannoveraner of the Hanoverian Society. They are based on the daughter?s transmission in Studbook inscriptions and mare performance contests, as well as the classification of horses which are presented for the auctions in Verden. Rohdiamant was ranked 2nd for Dressage in xxxx, a mere single point behind top-ranked Don Frederico (155-154).
Wowie, Razmataz dam side is as impressive as his stud side. Wowie?s stud was Weyden, who is also important to the Hanoverian breed and represents the G-line in the Hanovarian line, giving Razmataz the finest opportunity to be one of the breed's top current producers in the market today.

In xxxx, the pair finished 2nd in the World Cup Finals. Gonnelien Rothenberger took over the ride in xxxx, when husband Sven suffered from severe back problems. Gonnelien and Weyden won the xxxx Dutch national dressage Championships and finished 14th at the xxxx World Equestrian Games in Jerez de la Frontera. Sven Rothenberger talks about Weyden Not surprisingly, Sven comparee his horse with one of the all-time great Olympic athletes:
"Weyden is a little bit like Carl Lewis. He is powerful, what he is doing ? he is doing. You cannot say 'perhaps,' you have to say 'yes' or 'no' ? and that's perfect." Where did you find Weyden? "That's a funny story. In xxxx in August at a show in Germany there was one really spectacular horse, and he was always in the training arena at the same time that Weyden was being trained by Mr. Fritz Stahlecker, and five dealers thought that I was running behind the other horse. I just let them think that. No one thought about Weyden, and I said to myself, 'this is a stone that has to be cut and polished.' I went to Mr. Stahlecker and I said, 'please sell me the horse, or let us make a deal. I think you have a jewel, but no one sees that at the moment.' No one thought that Weyden was good ? he was number eight in Stüttgart in Inter II, and he was number 12 in Grand Prix. "Mr. Stahlecker is 70 years old, he runs a factory with xxxx people working for him. He is a really straight and brave man. His daughter rode Weyden. She has three children; one of her children is handicapped, so she cannot leave her home more than 100 kilometers. She cannot go to Wiesbaden or to Atlanta because of the situation. So I said to this man, 'Look, what is your dream? You are 70 years old. What can be your dream? That every one in the world sees what good work you did with this horse? Sell him to me and there is a little chance that he will go to the Olympic Games.' There are only a few riders that can get on a horse and go directly into the arena with success. I always show with my horses, because I can change my way of riding to the horse. I don't say my way or no way, and that's why I have had success with different horses from different trainers." "I telephoned him two or three times and finally he said, 'If you come now we will make that deal.' I drove at night to his place, and at 11 o'clock in the riding hall I said after only three times seeing this horse, 'I'll take him.' He was not clipped, he had no shoes on, he never had a rug on and he was always trained in long reins from the ground. Only once a week Mr. Stahlecker's daughter rode him. "I cut this diamond, I polished it, and I gave him shoes. I cut his hair, I showed him how to breed, because we are breeding a lot of mares to him. To me he was like a young boy coming to the army. On with the shoes, cut the hair, and... lots of breeding." It was an instant success with him? "Directly. I took him to the first show, I won Grand Prix. I beat Donnerhall with 80 points... next show, I beat Isabell with Antony in Grand Prix...just Anky was in front of him...." "He is a swinging, elastic, in the basics a totally correct, relaxed horse. A super walk, he is getting 10s for his walk. A super trot, it is very elastic. Really a good canter to make small or big ? like an accordion, you can go big or you can go very small. Leonardo for example is always expressive, but he doesn't find at the moment the point to relax, and that is making a problem. But Weyden is soft in the hands, he is fantastic. "Weyden, he is like a soldier. Mr. Stahlecker wrote 70 pages of how to handle Weyden. And I read that book. When you go in that box and you stand with your finger in front of Weyden and you say, 'Weyden, put your feet correctly together,' he does."
Grande ? Paternal Grandsire of Grandia Grande (Graf/SPS Duellfest/Duellant) stood at stud for a remarkable 25 years (xxxx-xxxx) and has left an indelible mark on the Hanoverian breed. Grande is ranked in the German Eternal Top 10 sire list. He was a very versatile sire, due in part to his own bloodlines: on the sire's side the jumping influence of Graf and on the dam's side the dressage influence of Duellant. He sired more than 40 approved sons, the most famous of which are Garibaldi II, Graphit, Gralsritter and Glander who went on to be influential sires in their own right. Both Grande and his own offspring were noted for producing horses which excelled in dressage and show jumping. Grande's line dominates the sport of dressage in Germany and abroad. He is the grandsire of several Olympic champions including Gifted, Grunox and Gigolo FRH. The G-Line One of the oldest, the G-line originated over 100 years ago with the Thoroughbred Stallion Goldschaum v. Flagcolet-Chamant. A review of this stallion line over time shows it is the backbone of solid, versatile, athletic horses produced through the state Stud. They are known for their desire and capacity to work. These horses have proven themselves to be among the most talented competition horses in the world. Goldfisch II gave the line a definitive stamp, producing 12 licensed sons, 20 States Premium mares, 183 registered mares and over 100 competition horses. His legacy was passed on through his immortal son, Gotthard, and grandson, Grande. The sons and daughters of these stallions dominated world class competition in the '50s, '60s and '70s. So successful and powerful is this line that after more than 60 years, there were 31 direct descendents standing at the state stud. This was 17.5% of the total stallions available, the greatest number for any line. The famous Grande, who was at stud for 25 years, was noted for the performance success of his offspring. With Graf, by Goldfisch II from the jumping side and his Duellant mother, Grande combined the best in dressage and jumping bloodlines. Gotthard, in his time, was noted as the top sire of jumping champions. His noted sons include Fardestern, Gluckstern and Gluckspilz. The G-Line is renown as the most important and famous producer of international performance horses in the world, both in dressage and jumping. In dressage, these horses are household names: Gifted, Grundstein, Grunox, Gigalo, Graf George, Girogione and Goldstern. Grand Prix and Olympic jumping champions include Gladstone, Everest, Gaylord, Genius, Grand Plaisir, Grandeur and Top Gun. Three Grande sons achieved great fame as sires. Galsritter developed into a producer of jumpers of international class. Garibaldi II sired the U.S. dressage champion Gifted as well as many show jumpers, and Graphit sired the well known dressage sires Grundstein I & II. Grundstein I competed very successfully at Grand Prix level and was the leading sire in the FN rankings among stallions in the top ten percent of their age group in both jumping and dressage from xxxx-xxxx. Graphit also produced Grannus, a top jumping stallion with lifetime earnings of well over five million DM, who in turn produced seven Olympic hoses and more than 60 approved stallions, including Graf Grannus, the xxxx Hanoverian Stallion of the Year. This is truly a line to be preserved and nurtured. Notes from: The Breeding Aim of the Hanoverian Today and the Most Important Sire Lines by Dr. Jochen Wilken, Breeding Manager, VhW Germany & The G Line... By Judy Hedreen, first Executive Director of the AHS. You would think that would be enough to round out this incredible filly's background, but that is only one side.
Phoenix Dam Utah's incredible Holsteiner heritage completes an overall package that gives Phoenix the opportunity to excel in both dressage and jumping, and positions her to be a top contender in either discipline.

Fraval, winner of multiple dressage championships, has sired numerous sport horses in the Midwest and Eastern US. His modern Belgian Warmblood characteristics are highlighted by exceptional athletic ability in both dressage and jumping. Franat was one of the few remaining stallions carrying the old and cherished Holsteiner F- bloodline, one of the oldest foundational bloodlines of the breed. He sired numerous successful sons and daughters, including Fraval, the Belgian Warmblood approved stallion. Fasolt is one of the best sons of Farnese, who was one of the last stallions with a pure bloodline of Holstein.
Fasolt inherited an outstanding potential for jumping. Unfortunately the F-stallion line is very unusually in Holstein, although this line has the origin in the great stallion Tobias by Achill. Therefore this blood is very precious in the pedigree. In former times this line was widely used, but now it exists only the sector of Tobias-Favorit-Fanal, which created a lot of international jumping horses at the beginning of the 20th century. All you have to do is google Fasolt and there it is said he had the greatest influence on the Holstiein breed famous for jumping. I believe when you see Phoenix you will understand why I believe she will live up to her heritage on both side.
She is one put together filly, as well as smart, sweet, courageous, energetic and LOVES TO PUT ON A SHOW. She knows when people are watching and loves the spot light. It is all those traits and more that have the potential to make a historic influence on the sport. She has the potential to go as far as her instructor has capabilities. Come take a look you won't be disappointed!
