Lowes Lawn Tractor 38", 6 speed transmission, purchased 9/xxxx. Well maintained, all routine service items done on a regular basis. I keep the oil change (2 times during mowing season), kept the spark plug changed, new gas line filter & air filter every year and kept the blades sharpened, etc. COLOR: Lowes Blue.

Price includes the Owners Manual and a few other documents that came with the Tractor. The Tractor has set, covered and unused since 8/xxxx
Has been used to mow my approximate .30 acre lot, never any real maintenance issues. It has had 2 new batteries, most recent 6/xxxx.
Due to an unfortunate outcome on a back surgery in 5/xxxx that left me unable to walk without assistive devices, cane around the house, and forearm crutches or wheel chair depenting to the type ofout of house trip being taken. This has left us having the hire a landscaping firm to mow, edge and blow clean the job, another bill on top of everything else.
