Blue Lion Marketing recently began campaigning an innovative fiber optic cable, phone and internet service. Our company's biggest clients, generates revenue of $1,000,000 quarter. Our Charlotte office has the responsibility of educating and providing excellent customer service to our clients preferred customers on the benefits of this new campaign.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Interacting with the customer and client on a regular basis on behalf of the company
Making sure the needs of the customer and client are met with a exception level of satisfaction
Representing the company and client in the utmost professional manner
Face to face interaction with customers
Educating customers on products and services available
Participating in and conducting daily meetings
Skills Desired:
