DESCRIPTION: Intact. A Roman bronze finger ring with roughly circular ring and flattened shoulders featuring an inverted cone shaped bezel filled with well preserved multi-colored enamel. The enamel decoration features 4 spots of various colored enamel set against a darker background. One spot is still a pale blue, the others appearing pale yellow and white, though these may have originally been red or orange.
PROVENANCE: UK detector find, declared not treasure, from a Hertfordshire collection.
